Not many are aware that Tolosa, reflecting his interest and work in the politics of development and democratization, founded the Development Studies program of the School of Social Sciences of ADMU. His lecture on development perspectives thus is an eye opener to the implications of development and the policy choices that we make on progress, welfare and the environment.
