“Beks Populi” is a spin on the phrase “vox populi”. Consist of the Ateneo Department of Political Science’s young male faculty, its origins can be traced from one afternoon of playing around with Oliver Quintana’s keyboard with the aim of entertaining colleagues at the Political Science Department. Meet Oliver Quintana, Miguel Rivera, Arjan Aguirre, Gino Trinidad, Hansley Juliano and Dr. Benjamin San Jose. They are Beks Populi.
